Winter hiking on the Pizol. The tour is a magical experience! The majestic mountains and snow-covered landscapes presented us with a breathtaking backdrop. Some of the paths are steep and slippery. I always have my crampons for my winter boots in my rucksack. This makes me feel very safe even on steeper paths in the snow. Although the sun is shining, it is still cold at this altitude. Layers of clothing, a hat and gloves keep me warm. The sunglasses protect my eyes. With this equipment, a winter hike is a pleasure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below you will find information on the winter hiking trails on the Pizol:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Pizol Panorama Trail: This trail stretches across the high plateau of the Pizol ski and hiking area and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The high-altitude trail leads to the Tagweidlichopf at 2,275 meters above sea level. Sporty hikers can choose the trail from Pardiel to Laufb\u00f6den with an ascent of around 600 meters and will be rewarded with the same Alpine panorama at the top. Please note that this path is very steep in places. Good footwear is therefore required. We hiked down the path from Laufb\u00f6den to Pardiel. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Graue H\u00f6rner or Prodkopf: These winter hikes are perfect for connoisseurs. They lead through a fairytale winter landscape and offer fascinating views.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pardiel – Laufb\u00f6den snowshoe trail: If you like snowshoeing, this trail is a great choice. It stretches over 2.8 kilometers and offers a magnificent view of the Alps and the St. Gallen Rhine Valley.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Tamina Therme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you have planned a weekend, you can relax in the Tamina Therme. An overnight stay in Bad Ragaz with a wellness offer rounds off the excursion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Kinderland Pardiel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If the little ones are also fascinated by snow and skiing, the Kinderland is just the place for them. The skiers of tomorrow can practise their first runs in a manageable area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Pizol ski area offers something for the whole family. Those who don’t want to ski can enjoy the winter hikes. The Pizolh\u00fctte is the perfect place for a snack. Despite the crowds of guests, the staff remain friendly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
