Leisurely hike with beautiful scenery
Panorama trail Saanenmöser – Gstaad. The hike from Saanenmöser to Gstaad is one of the most attractive routes in the region. It runs above 1000 meters above sea level throughout and therefore offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys even in summer.

On the Panorama Trail we have also seen families with strollers. However, this should not be too wide. Partly the path leads over pastures and meadows and must be pushed through a protective gate. So that the children also have a change, there are playgrounds in various places along the route. Benches and tables tempt you to take a break. Vending machines from the surrounding organic farms invite to refreshments. Drinks, cheese and even ice cream can be obtained there for a fee. We tested an apple and plum ice cream. It was delicious.
GoldenPass Belle Epoque
On the way we cross again and again the railroad line of the GoldenPass train which runs from Montreux to Zweisimmen. The GoldenPass Belle Epoque is a nostalgic train with modern equipment. The trip takes about two hours. The so-called Vaud Riviera is worth a trip. Be sure to book tickets. Here is the link.
Panorama trail in winter
The path is already signposted with signs for winter hiking routes. I can well imagine that the scenery in winter must be dreamlike. Therefore, I have already marked the winter hike in the calendar.
After 1.5 to 2 hours we reach Gstaad. There we had something to eat and then made our way home.
