Hot air balloon

A hot air balloon is an aircraft that uses the static lift of hot air inside it. A large volume of air is heated inside the balloon. The expansion of the air inside the envelope reduces the specific weight. The balloon takes off when the buoyancy of the heated air corresponds to the weight of the envelope, basket and payload. The basket is suspended from the envelope by ropes. Manned balloons are usually operated with propane gas burners.

Despite the bitter cold, we enjoyed the hot air balloon festival. Make sure you wear thick clothes and check the weather conditions beforehand. Perhaps you will also have time to visit it. You could also take the Golden Pass train through the snowy landscape. The white trees and fields are enchanting. The OllO team wishes you lots of fun.
